Houston Cinema Arts Society proudly presents the 13th Annual Houston Cinema Arts Festival. Recently recognized as one of the Top 25 Coolest Film Festivals in the World by MovieMaker Magazine, this year will be one you can’t miss.

HCAF’s 2021 theme is the Third Coast, a loving lens through which to celebrate and explore the Gulf Coast region, and especially Houston where the term was coined, and its film, art, music, cultures, performance, food, history, peoples, threats, and opportunities. The festival will take place virtually, outdoors, and indoors from November 11th to 22nd, 2021, featuring over 30 programs including film screenings, Q&As, performances, and more. CineSpace, the annual short film competition, will return for the 7th year alongside the 2nd year for our regional short film competition Borders | No Borders.
